    Heralto is a simple device that receives photos and messages from your family members via Telegram and prints them automatically. There is no screen or complicated interface, just printed content on paper that your elderly loved ones can enjoy without needing any technological knowledge.

    How does the elderly person reply?

    Heralto has three buttons to reply to received messages.

    • The green button is used to answer “yes.”
    • The red button is for saying “no.”
    • The grey button is customizable and allows you to add your own replies, such as “good morning,” “how are you?” or any other message you like.

    Does the elderly person need a smartphone?

    No! That’s the best part of Heralto. The elderly person doesn’t need a smartphone or a computer. The device connects automatically to the Internet and receives messages, photos, and reminders, printing them directly on paper. This way, they can enjoy the content without worrying about technology.

    How does Heralto protect me from fraud?

    Heralto has a built-in security system that only allows messages to be received from previously authorized contacts. This means that, unlike conventional mobile phones, messages from scammers or unknown numbers will not be able to arrive. Seniors are completely protected against SMS fraud or fraudulent phone calls, as they will only receive communications from trusted family and friends that you have previously authorized.
